What is the return policy?

Final Sale Items:
Nose Rings: All sales of nose rings are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on nose rings.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Necklaces and Crystals: We accept returns and exchanges on necklaces and crystals within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

    Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
    Ship the Item: We will provide you with a return shipping address. Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

    Please Note:

    Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we have received and inspected the returned item.

      Non-Returnable Items:

      Any items not specified as returnable above (e.g., nose rings) are not eligible for return or exchange.
